@Snoproblem11 @ilovenostalgia Great question. Frankly, waste was not a thing in mainstream 70’s culture. So, waste was not a concern for most. Larger, electric flash bulb was for slr camera. The Kodaks that used this bulb were a great value/ descent photos. these bulbs were a little bit pricey, as I recall.
