@united Booked with another airline since @united would not honor the fare shown when I transferred the points from my @Chase. I did Speak with an agent at length but they would not honor the 12.5k mile fare. My family will be traveling to a funeral via @FlyFrontier

@united wouldn’t it be nice if I could transfer miles quick enough to still purchase the reward travel. Instead of spending 30 minutes on the phone for the agent to tell me “because our system took too long the flight is 2.5x more expensive.” Guess I will fly another airline.
