@kroger This is after another location cancelled my online order because they said they don’t take orders anymore. If your stores can’t accommodate bakery orders, why is this an option on your website? This has been a terrible experience all around.

@kroger I ordered a cake online, bakery called to ask me to come in and pay today for the cake I’m picking up tomorrow. They can’t take payment over the phone and no option to pay online. And I have to still go back to actually get the cake. This seems like a terrible process…

@kroger I did have my mom go and pay yesterday and when she went back today to pick up the order, they told her they don’t do orders! What a mess. They did eventually find the cake. It was the Walled Lake, MI location.

even weirder, the tracker on the @dominos app says it was delivered already! why is it showing up as delivered if they know it hasn’t been?

@dominos I placed an order online yesterday to be delivered today at 4pm and it still isn’t here yet. Called the store and they said that the driver had two orders ahead of me and will still be 15 more minutes! My event will be almost over by then. Super disappointing!
