@HardRockHCAC I just checked into the hotel. I found the room unclean. Called “operator” and they asked if they could come and vacuum, I asked for new room. They said I had to wait in 30+ min line to talk to front desk after just waiting in it for room. Please advise on solution.

@AHS_Warranty Agreed. Making me wait 3 months for a repair to an oven cause they want to rebuild a piece. 3 months for an essential appliance we use daily. Don’t trust them!!!

@AHS_Warranty Oven needs a piece to repair that is no longer available. The company said the want to take the piece that doesn’t work and repair it. The repair will take 10-12 weeks. Nearly 3 months for a repair to an essential appliance is ridiculous. Beware before you buy!!!

@onepeloton Wish I could join. Delivered a broken tread 10/13. 4 @onepeloton and @XPOLogistics agents came to the house and couldn’t fix. Multiple calls to customer support and they had no idea what to do. Finally pushed for a full swap. Schedule 11/16, no call no show from xpo. Today same.
