I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. I am so grateful to work for a district under the guidance of @jsutfin. Time and time again he shows up for teachers. I do not envy your position. Thank you for the time, dedication, and love you pour into your decisions. ❤️ #Proud2bMPS
I miss my mom, I miss my dad
I miss the road, I miss my band
Giving hugs and shaking hands
It’s a mystery I suppose
Just how long this thing goes
But there’ll be crowds and there’ll be shows
And there will be light after dark
Some day when we aren’t six feet apart
Nothing has been “normal” for the Class of 2020 @ Doane
No more doane college, survived the clowns of 2016, the most snow days, ~WeEks oF THe GrEeks~ transition, (insert other weird things) and now being completely cut off????
What did we DO!?!?
Yo...anxiety is truly crippling...I was doing sooooo good, and here in the past 5 days...I’ve realized that’s it’s sneaking up on me again...you really don’t ever “get rid” of it...if someone in your life has anxiety love on then extra hard and DO NOT I repeat DO NOT blame them.
just because it’s gone doesn’t mean it was a bad thing. it means it wasn’t a forever thing. i’m convinced one of the hardest things is realizing some things are only for chapters that you wanted to be in the whole book. but God is the author and he's a much better writer than me.
i cried 4 hrs straight in my moms arms & she said to me “I can tell u over & over to leave the situation but u won’t till ur ready. 1 day u will wake up and realize that this isn’t what u want to feel like anymore & u’ll be done.” & I think it’s important that everyone hears this
