@dfatirl I've been trying to get hold of someone to get an update on my passport urgently. The online tracker says that the process has been completed and that the Embassy nearest me will be in contact. It's been over a week with no comms. Please assist urgently.

@CityPowerJhb Thank you. Power has been restored in jukskei-park 🌟

[Shannon Brooks @shay_lee_brooks]

@CityPowerJhb Haha exactly! It's back on now 🥳

[Shannon Brooks @shay_lee_brooks]

@CityPowerJhb update on the Jukskei outage since Sunday night please. Almost going on 48hrs without power...

[Shannon Brooks @shay_lee_brooks]

Did someone steal the cables again? Or what is the problem?

[Shannon Brooks @shay_lee_brooks]

@CityPowerJhb ok please let us know what's happening in Jukskei, it's been over 30hrs that we have been without power now. We didn't see anyone on site yesterday all day, the box is right outside our house...

[Shannon Brooks @shay_lee_brooks]

@CityPowerJhb any update on the power outage in Jukskei Park? We've been out since 20:00 last night. Thanks

[Shannon Brooks @shay_lee_brooks]

@CityPowerJhb @CityPowerJhb howcome electricity is not back in Jukskei Park, Randburg?

[Shannon Brooks @shay_lee_brooks]

@CityPowerJhb hello, I know there is currently load shedding. We were scheduled to have it in Jukskei Park from 8:00 to 12:30 today but we have been out since about 1am this morning. Is there a fault in the area?

@Vodacom111 Thanks will do

[Shannon Brooks @shay_lee_brooks]

@Vodacom111 I have been charged for a contract for two months now (May and June) but I have been on pre paid since 1 May. Everytime I phone customer care I'm told it's for my April invoice. During these hard times, I am being invoiced for something I can't even use. #SortItOut

[Shannon Brooks @shay_lee_brooks]

@Vodacom111 Hey,
In April to be canceled from 1 May. My reference number is 1-34699021867953 to be credited. Still waiting for someone to call me back about the credit and to ensure it's been canceled now.
