5 ways to tell if your inner child is running the show:
1. You react instead of respond
2. You need constant validation
3. You fear abandonment more than mistreatment
4. You sabotage peace
5. You confuse love with survival
Start learning to sit with emotions without solving them. That is the missing skill.
Most people panic at the first sign of discomfort and call it a sign. It is not. It is a doorway.
« A non-commissioned officer (NCO) wrote to the MRFF Monday that his combat-unit commander had claimed Trump was 'anointed by Jesus to light the signal fire in Iran to cause Armageddon and mark his return to Earth.'
'He urged us to tell our troops that this was “all part of God’s divine plan” and he specifically referenced numerous citations out of the Book of Revelation referring to Armageddon and the imminent return of Jesus Christ,' the NCO said. »

@Kabamur_Taygeta That's a great place to start. Not sure if you've heard, but the rumor is President Trump will be delivering a "disclosure speech" on Roswell's anniversary in July.
I disappeared again.
There are moments in life when the pain is not a sign of failure or punishment but a sign that you are touching something hidden and ready to be seen.
It hurts. Painful. Scary. Can be confusing too.
But at the same time it feels like your true self is seeking to be discovered - by revealing to you everything that is not you.
I don’t have grand lessons to teach today.
But I’m here to write again, from a place I had not known before.
Not as a teacher. Just a soul walking beside you.
I will start here:
When you are broken, unraveling, or unsure - no matter how fucked up it looks - it may not be a tragedy but another new beginning.
"When inward tenderness finds the secret hurt, pain itself will crack the rock and Ah! Let the soul emerge." ~ Rumi
I miss a lot of my friends here. I hope you have all been well. <3
I thought I was ready to return and write again. I truly did. But after that post, I realised I’m still in a deep transition process.
For now, I’m pausing all healing letters and posts until my entire system feels ready to return.
Thank you for being here. Please take care. 🌻
“Instead of taking responsibility for their own happiness, which would be empowering, codependents’ focus is external. Rather than attend to their needs directly, they try to exercise power over others and control others to make themselves feel okay on the inside. They think, ‘I’ll change him (or her) to do what I want, and then I’ll be happy.’ This behavior is based on the erroneous belief that we can change others.” ~Darlene Lancer
Many childhood sexual abuse survivors become brilliant thinkers.
They analyse, intellectualise, spiritualise, forgive, let go, but still suffer.
Why?
Because the trauma is stored beyond the mind.
Cognitive understanding is only 5% of the healing.
Embodiment, release, and rewiring make up the other 95%.
Your emotions create your physical health, attract certain people, determine your financial outcomes
You just can't separate your emotions from your results in life. Everything is connected.
Emotions and feelings are not just one area of life.
They are not a topic, a field of study, or merely a part of you.
They are the energy that creates everything.
All your problems and achievements in any field are connected, if not determined, by your emotions.
That is why emotions can heal you or destroy you.
Emotion cannot exist without thought, so the most important thing you must protect first is:
The thoughts and ideas you allow into your mind.
Start by choosing who (and what) you surround yourself with most of the time.
@blueyuga I actually see what people call ‘ghosts’ as parts of the soul carrying unresolved trauma. Like fragments of emotional energy that haven’t found peace.
Start seeing inheritance differently: emotional energy does not die. It finds the next closest body to live in. This is how trauma moves through generations.
