Most of my Twitter history is real time reaction to IU football.

Here’s tonight’s real time reaction.

The 2025-26 Indiana Hoosiers are the greatest team ever in college football history.

@SethTow Big Ralph is about the love and making sure accurate time is kept on the play clock.

[Steve Hayes @shayes]

@TylerDBrooke Love both our new B10 bros in the Pacific NW.

[Steve Hayes @shayes]

@ZachOsip @ByTaylorL Lost to Central Michigan.

At home.

Vs their backup QB.

I never dreamed…

[Steve Hayes @shayes]

@FanaticalIUWBB This one hits hard.

[Steve Hayes @shayes]

@IUJGray Now that I know the Coog is up there smoking in his hut on top of the press box, I fully support this move.

[Steve Hayes @shayes]

Kind of wish Ernie rolled in with Chuck, Kenny, and Shaq and just took over the GameDay desk.

[Steve Hayes @shayes]

@SickosCommittee WHY IS A MAC TEAM PLAYING ON SAURDAYI NOVEMBER????

[Steve Hayes @shayes]

@HoosiersConnect My cynical side could see it happening just to give people something to shout about until Saturday and draw eyes to 1000 ESPN think pieces. If IU and OSU survive the season unscathed, it'll all be settled at the championship game anyway.

[Steve Hayes @shayes]

@michaelniziolek Story says first time on BTN this year. ISU game was also a BTN.

Unless you very specifically mean the first time the #2 Hoosiers are on BTN. They weren't #2 when they played ISU.

[Steve Hayes @shayes]

What happened to all those football-knowing fans that put IU in the grave when MD got within 2 scores? #iufb

[Steve Hayes @shayes]

@IUJGray And why did they do that? One reason - to boost the credibility of legacy programs who did not clearly earn the postseason reward they wanted on the field. I’ve definitely been radicalized against the four-letter family of networks.

[Steve Hayes @shayes]

@KirkHerbstreit @UMichFootball @bigten Great defensive effort. One might say the last team to score two TDs on that team in an 11-win season would be deserving of a playoff spot, but I heard on TV that wasn’t the case.

[Steve Hayes @shayes]

Oddly enough, I’ve shopped at the Duane Reade in Port Authority bus station multiple times. #snl

[Steve Hayes @shayes]

@CrimsonCast You fellas have been my companions on my Monday evening walks all season. So, yes - even light cardio!

[Steve Hayes @shayes]

@crimsonquarry Congratulations to every team that became bowl eligible today.

[Steve Hayes @shayes]

USC and Michigan both lose. It’ll be interesting to see how the poll voters value brands over results tomorrow. #iufb

[Steve Hayes @shayes]

@BoilerDT1987 Daunted.

[Steve Hayes @shayes]

I assume the daunted portions of #iufb Twitter have moved on.

[Steve Hayes @shayes]

@LeeMCardholder #15 - IU didn’t even lose to LeFevour. It was CMU’s backup!
