We are deeply saddened by the loss of a Nigerian in the UK who tragically left behind a wife and two lovely kids.

We’re raising funds in memory of Damola Ilesanmi, who passed away suddenly on June 6th, 2024, due to cardiac arrest.

Damola was a bright, vibrant, and promising young man who had just graduated from the University of Bradford.

He was supposed to start a job on Monday with the NHS so there's no life insurance to cover up the bills for his family.

In this time of grief, we are reaching out to our community for support.

Please consider donating to help the family cover the burial expenses and provide some relief to his grieving family.

I’ve just heard the sad story of a young nigerian man here in uk who suddenly died last week June 6, 2024 of a cardiac arrest.

His name is Damola Ilesanmi.
He just graduated from the university of bradford very close to where I live. He was meant to start work with the uk national health service this week before he suddenly died.

He leaves behind a wife and two children.

I have 54,000 followers. If every person were to retweet and send my tweets to 5 people, the whole world and more would hear my voice. The whole world would understand my cause. I am getting frustrated. I am tired. I do not eat well. I am sick. I do not sleep well. I do not have clean water. It is hard to write how I am feeling or write the news because I am so tired I don’t know how to say what I want to say. After the effort I put in, I still have low engagement. I don’t want to be harsh with anyone, but I am working hard and in a very bad situation and I am not seeing as much reward. I am angry and I am frustrated.
