I also ended up making a double payment and they used the same "we do not support payment methods outside the app"
Kenya just needs to shut down and restart. The level of greed and corruption and crime from the "leaders" to the citizen is mind boggling. Where are we headed?

I was treated like a thief at @officemartkenya Harambee Avenue branch yesterday because I took too much time (5mins) to decide what I wanted in their shop with very very limited choices. I should have listened to my subconscious when I realised it was no longer Seal Honey.
@AIRTEL_KE what do you do with data bundles nowadays? How can 10GB of data last only 3 weeks when I also have a home WiFi? Last year the usage made sense. This year you guys are eating bundles worse than your competitor.
@Safaricom_Care@SafaricomPLC there appears to be a problem with the Mpesa products function on all your platforms that no one appears to be addressing. It's not possible to apply for a till number. Are you aware that this function is not working?
