Dodoro was able to sustain the same role in such a cut-throat and ever changing industry for 36 years that saw 2 premierships, 2 Brownlows* & 30 All-Australian's.
I think fans need to start giving the man a little more respect rather than focus on a few bad draft picks & trades.
❤️SHE MATTERS: LOLENE WHITEHAND!❤️
She was 85. EIGHTY-FIVE. Then someone decided to kill this amazing and lovely woman before disposing of her like trash in a murky cold muddy waterway.
The woman who allegedly murdered Lolene Whitehand was not callous enough to stop at ending her life. She also allegedly wrapped her body in plastic and rags and tossed her into the Maribyrnong River.
Lolene was found on Sunday in the river at Flemington in Victoria. This was just downstream from her home at West Footscray where she disappeared on July 12.
Today, a 49-year-old woman was charged over Lolene's death.
Lolene is the 51st of 52 Australian woman killed this year.
The cruelty of Lolene's death and the way in which she was left without dignity or regard breaks my heart.
Lolene's community is mourning the woman who was an icon of their neighbourhood. She was known for being kind and happy. She cared for her sister and looked after her husband before he died some years ago.
There's just no words to convey the anger and sadness attached to Lolene's death. When will Australia wake up to the violence that's erasing our nation's women?
RIP LOLENE WHITEHAND! ❤️

I document ALL unlawful deaths of women and children, regardless of perpetrator gender or relationship between the person killed and the accused. This means not every death is due to domestic and family violence. Australians are also killed by strangers, friends, colleagues, neighbours and other people known to them.

❤️SHE MATTERS: ANNETTE BRENNAN!❤️
Annette Brennan was many things - a devoted teacher, a kind soul, an amazing human - a woman who deserved to live.
She was not -as some media outlets insisted - a wheelie bin. It's been so disheartening and enraging to watch headline writers call the callous killing and dumping of 67-year-old Annette as a 'wheelie bin murder'. Reducing women to objects is par for the course in media and I'm sick of it.
Annette is the 48th of 49 Australian women killed this year.
She was allegedly murdered between June 23 and July 2 at her home in Coolaroo, Victoria. A male known to her was charged overnight with Annette's murder. It's alleged the male ended her life, placed her in a recycling bin and left her body to be picked up by waste collectors. She was ultimately found in a recycling plant in Melbourne.
Annette - an English language teacher - had moved into her home just months ago. It's believed the male was her new housemate.
While a former student has spoken to the media about the woman she described as a 'second mum', there's been almost no outrage over Annette's death and certainly no public outpourings of grief. As is almost always the case, the older the murdered woman the more invisible she is. I hope Annette matters to you - as she matters to me.
RIP ANNETTE BRENNAN! ❤️

Lindsay immediately becoming pregnant by her “boyfriend” and then getting brand sponsorship for the announcement is so gross. Everything she does is desperate and disingenuous. #SummerHouse
