Been locked-in for 7 years, relentlessly building & tuning the infra that has processed $150M+ and powers $1M+/year online businesses. Kept the tech internal at @Genflow_ until now. If you sell any sort of info/courses/education/fitness or run funnels/coaching then DM me to get early access to https://t.co/0baR2RbsC3
@MementoQuamfy@anthonybuitran@JimmyFarley00 Exactly. Depends on your workflow but for me I need 3-4 things in my field of view at all times for what Iโm doing which is full stack development, so 2 browser windows + 2 coding IDEs and then my terminal/slack on a side screen which is for less frequent viewing.
@anthonybuitran@JimmyFarley00 Yeah I had to use BetterDisplay to tweak a few things as yeah it was too small, but essentially running an 8K monitor in 4K was the solution - works perfectly though, absolutely 0 issues and 10x productivity IMO
yes marketing > product
in terms of getting actual sales
but the second sale? third?
once youโre acquired the customer,
you still have to keep them a customer
and you wonโt be doing that without a solid product
that actually competes in the market.
that customers actually tell others about.
i still see founders saying
โI just need a 7/10 product, then Iโll just spam adsโ
sure youโll make some quick money
but not for long
enjoy your churn
build the thing people refuse to cancel is my philosophy with Pablo.
when you hire high level people
you get wildly different perspectives
thatโs a feature, not a bug
โฆas long as everyone wants the best outcome
i do the exact same thing with AI now
i ask the same hard question to 3โ4 models
chatgpt, claude, gemini, grok
then share the responses with each other to critique
"tear this apart"
9 times out of 10
the final version is better than anything one model (or one human) would have contributed alone
multiple strong opinions + shared goal = magic
works with people, even faster with AI models
try it.
I deeply believe in building internal software. At Genflow we built our own internal analytics software that enabled us to accurately decipher if a creator's content & audience was truly monetizable - this heavily complemented our revenue share model and meant we didn't partner with the wrong creator and waste time/money.
Customer retention > MRR. Majority of our customers have been with us for 5+ years, predictable revenue has allowed us to invest in infra which is now paying its dividends. Take care of your clients.
Been thinking... Internal processes, SOPs, etc has always been our way to machine-ify humans to turn us into predictable cogs. Now AI (a machine) does the opposite, you give it intent and it runs the processes, etc behind the curtains. AI humanises work.
You can spend hours at your desk trying to solve something without successโฆ the moment you go do some other mindless activity, it will come to you like an epiphany.
If you or your team don't use your own product then you're missing out, it's by far the best and fastest customer feedback loop. Every issue/improvement found is one less your actual customers face.
