@thechokerstory @helenbrzzz @pallyaley @HM_Passport I was told 10/8 my app was at examiner stage, 17/8 it was moved to "processing" no update since then. People have been at "processing" for weeks it doesn't actually mean processing its just another queue. Some people go straight from docs received to approved. I applied 26/7...

@gema1986 That's what I find so frustrating there's no transparency as to why this is happening. If @HM_Passport released a statement explaining why some are processed quicker than others they would reduce dm's and phonecalls. Whole process and customer service is poor

@pallyaley @HM_Passport I can't get any answers just get fobbed off with it can take 10 weeks even though people have applied after me for a child's renewal & have received theirs. Was in a queue for 45mins this morning only to be cut off waiting to speak to a manager.

@pallyaley @HM_Passport I applied 26th July docs received 30 July and I'm still waiting on a child's renewal. This is the Bootle/Liverpool branch. App was moved into "processing" 16/8 but I now know this doesn't actually mean its being processed. We need it this weekend or won't be able to fly 😩

@jodfem @RenataB45113198 @helenbrzzz @HM_Passport I was stuck on docs received from 30/7 until 17/8 when it moved to application being processed. I submitted my online application 26/7. I'm not sure if this is something to do with the photographs, its the only plausible reason I can think of

@HM_Passport Can you please tweet a response as to why the update "application being processed" often leads to longer wait times and why applications are not processed in date order? These are 2 of the most faq's on here yet no one receives an actual answer @HM_Passport @Keir_Starmer

No updates at all until I received a text 17/8 docs received again followed by a being processed update online 18/8 which according to customer twitter updates could indicate a longer wait. No comment or help from @HM_Passport 😪

@HM_Passport Please @HM_Passport advise if the update "application being processed " means you are in for the long haul. I was told my sons renewal has been sat in a queue for an examiner since 7/8 despite you receiving all docs by 30/7. Todays update of processing doesn't appear to be good
