@_austrian disappointing service. I had to submit and resubmit my request for cancelation 10 times via some online form. Submitted a letter from my doctor and you guys refused to refund me completely. I have 3 broken bones. I can't walk. But nope. Charge me for my pain!

@Arlanda my mum's traveling to Sweden alone & 1st time on TK1793 - 10:40. We requested wheelchair assistance throughout her journey via Turkish Airlines. Is it available on arrival at Arlanda? I'm bedridden due to an accident and worried about her. Can you help somehow?

@TurkishAirlines my mom is traveling alone. Wheelchair was booked and shows on the ticket. She got assistance for one leg but not in IST. They treated her poorly and she needed to find her way on her own. Not ok!!!

@TFIupdates you cancel buses during peak hours, the next one is over 20 minutes late. Been waiting 45 minutes and the bus only allowed 1/3 of the people because it was already full when it arrived. Unacceptable.

@DubCityCouncil public transportation in Dublin is horrendous. If you want to be more sustainable, how about prioritizing improving the infrastructure, public transportation systems and related services.
