@Bunny_ngl Serve staff have to tip out the kitchen based on sales..regardless of the tip amount. So if you don’t tip well, the server actually has to pay the kitchen for that amount. People don’t realize.. bad tips cost the servers money.

It COSTS the server in tha scenario because they tip out regardless.
