@ICT_MrP 10% equates to 6 mins to assess (mark 30 books + analyse understanding), plan (i.e. use analysis to decide what pupils need and think of lesson ideas - sometimes even writing this down as a lesson plan) and prepare for (find/make, print and collate resources) for an hour lesson.

@MzBelindaW @ccwild79 Completely agree - we refused to do an SGO and became kinship foster carers. Relationship with SS became so difficult and invasive we stopped and child had to go to unrelated FC.

@naomicfisher Depends if the behaviour is part of a SEND they absolutely should go (with the right level of support). If it isn't then losing privileges such as trips may be appropriate.

@MrHAClarke @lifeatthenest A sentence must have a subject and verb to make sense but not necessarily an object. Here the bone is the subject of a passive sentence as it is being eaten (verb). The dog (object) is not needed. However, if the dog ate the bone it would be the subject of an active sentence.
