It says object reference not set to an instance of and object or couldn’t validate customer ID.
Please what could be the problem?

@aedcelectricity after one week of power outage at Wuye due to maintenance issues, it is only fair that we enjoy constant power supply this new week.
It’s been almost 6 hours without power.
Business depend on power supply to function. This is unfair!
