A fresh threat letter has reportedly been issued naming Kashmiri Hindu employees serving in the Kashmir Division. This cannot be dismissed as routine intimidation. After 52 killings in the last seven years, every such threat must be treated as a direct and credible warning.
The safety of Kashmiri Hindu employees in Kashmir is the constitutional and administrative responsibility of the @OfficeOfLGJandK and the Union Home Ministry under Shri @AmitShah . Speeches, assurances and temporary security measures are no longer enough.
We demand an immediate, transparent and enforceable security policy for every Kashmiri Hindu employee working in the Valley — including threat assessment, secure accommodation, protected movement, workplace security and an emergency relocation protocol wherever required.
The authorities have now been warned. Any failure to act decisively, and any adverse incident following these threats, will raise serious questions of accountability at the highest levels of the administration.
Kashmiri Hindus cannot be asked to serve under the shadow of targeted killings while the State merely waits for the next tragedy.
ACT NOW. PROTECT EVERY EMPLOYEE. SAVE KASHMIRI HINDUS IN KASHMIR.
