Then they left it off the federal holiday calendar.

Banks stay open. Schools stay open. Most people just keep working.

If we mean “Never Forget,” Congress needs to amend the law and make 9/11 a real federal holiday.

ADVICE for the Judge as it appears this case will now end as a mistrial…

Three kids were strangled in their own home. This case has been a media circus from day one. Jurors have been going home every night.

One lady already got arrested outside the courthouse for filming them.

If you have to do this all over again, SEQUESTER THE DAMN JURY!

You don’t send twelve people home into social media, protests, and wall to wall coverage then act shocked when they deadlock.

High profile murder trials with this much noise don’t get clean verdicts when the jury is living in the same news cycle as the rest of the country.

Do it right the second time as those three kids deserve a jury that only hears the evidence and not the internet!
