Every Republican but Rand Paul voted to block an investigation of nine Americans killed by Israel. Fetterman joined. This is not normal. US politicians betraying American citizens and not asking for accountability for their murders is crazy. They betray us for Israel every time.
Furthermore,
A security drone overhead could have watched the roofs around the courtyard in real time. The shot came from a rooftop with a tight line of sight (ALLEGEDLY) , and Harpole and later reviews both said that vantage point was the problem. If someone had been flying overwatch, they might have seen a person on the Losee roof, moving into that nest, or staying in a restricted area before the event started. That would have given campus police or Kirk’s team a chance to clear the roof, delay the start, or move him. No one was assigned to watch cameras live either, so there was no backup eye in the sky. I don’t understand why you aren’t addressing anything in this report or thinking critically about this. “I can explain it to you, but I can’t understand it for you.” @daughtertruth25
Harpole said he couldn’t fly security drones because UVU sat in RESTRICTED Provo Airport airspace and he wouldn’t break FAA rules. He also said UVU PD had no drones and never asked Orem PD, which does.
The THIRD PART UVU report said UVU is in Orem, at least six miles from Provo Airport—outside the usual five-mile restricted zone.WHICH WAS VERIFIED. It said a small TPUSA video drone was used before the event, an Orem PD drone could have been requested, and it was unclear why nobody tried to get one after Harpole himself flagged the venue. The report also said Harpole wouldn’t sit for an interview. SO LONG STORY SHORT, HE FUCKING LIED THROUGH HIS TEETH.
Really ??? Because last time i checked Brian Harpole went on @ShawnRyanShow and said he spent thousands of dollars the prior year on drones and got his team Part 107 licensed. He wanted to use them for overwatch at the Sept. 10, 2025 at the UVU event but claimed he could not because the site sits in Provo, Utah airspace. He cited FAA Part 107 restrictions (including flying over people without shelter) plus secondary limits from campus foot traffic. he said “ Drones would have been awesome, but I can’t break the law.” He framed the same constraint around rooftop overwatch/snipers: “This is Utah, not Iraq.”
You are 100% correct!! And I did go vote. Excitedly and made content about it! Like lot's of folks did.
You had me on "out vote the steal" so the Republicans could have full power and fix it.
They got in, but didn't fix anything.
Instead I got
War with Iran
High gas prices
High prices on goods
Protections for the pesticide companies spraying poison on Iowans foods
Pedo ring cover ups
And told my support doesn't matter.
So this go around, I'm out. And I'm out until the system is fixed or completely overhauled. 🤷🏼♀️
@packingpatriot_@shipwreckshow lmao 😂 some of us can see the bigger picture , you mean looking at the bigger picture of the midterms are a democrat hoax?
@daughtertruth25@KaitlinMil89@RealCandaceO Oh really, it’s ridiculous ?? Then you obviously haven’t done ANY research of this topic because if you actually did your homework instead of just repeating fed slop you would know that charlie’s security team costed him millions of dollars a year.
It’s been over a year since the Charlie Kirk assassination, and the topic is still trending as hard as it ever has.
It’s not because half the internet is drinking Candace Owens’ Kool-Aid. It’s because half the internet isn’t retarded, and we’re tired of being lied to.
@KaitlinMil89@KaitlinMil89 thanks for hosting this space and letting me chat it up with you, you are a great communicator, had fun !! You or we should host another one soon !!! i gotta get a little sleep though
### 4. Drones
**Harpole’s interviews:** His team wanted to use drones for overwatch but was blocked by FAA rules and campus restrictions. He said UVU/Orem police could have provided them but did not.
**UVU report:** Questions why, given the venue concerns Harpole later described, there was no discussion on the day of requesting a drone from Orem PD (which has them and a mutual-aid relationship). The report notes UVU itself had no drone capability.
### Additional context from the report
- UVU increased its on-duty officers from 3 to 6 after seeing the crowd size that morning.
- The report concludes no UVU employee acted in bad faith or with willful disregard for safety, but implementation of existing policies was inconsistent and UVU should have kept more authority over venue, ticketing, and security decisions instead of deferring to TPUSA.
- Harpole’s team provided close protection; rooftop/overwatch of distant buildings was treated as a campus police responsibility.
Harpole’s interviews also spent significant time rebutting online conspiracy claims (Mossad ties, hand signals indicating foreknowledge, exploding microphone, etc.). The UVU report does not address those theories.
The report is 158 pages and available on UVU’s site and DocumentCloud. Harpole has not publicly responded to it as of September 27, 2026. The Kirk family has indicated they view the report as supporting their claims of inadequate security and have pursued legal action against UVU.
wanted to post this in the chat so everyone can see the lies going on here .
The UVU After-Action Report (released September 25, 2026) is an independent review commissioned by the university. It does **not** use the word “lies” or accuse Brian Harpole of deliberately lying. It does state that several of his public claims from interviews conflicted with documents, emails, meeting records, and interviews the review team conducted with people who were at the planning meetings and on campus that day. The team tried to interview Harpole (and Dan Flood) by phone and certified letter; he did not respond, so they relied on his November 2025 Shawn Ryan Show interview and other public
Here are the main points of contrast between Harpole’s interviews (primarily Shawn Ryan Show #254 on November 17, 2025, plus follow-ups) and what the report found.
### 1. Who chose the venue (Fountain Courtyard)
**Harpole’s interviews:** UVU selected the outdoor courtyard and told TPUSA they had to use it (“Nope, this is where you have to have it”). He called the location “horrible” and a “security fail” because of 180-degree elevated sightlines, but said Charlie Kirk liked it.
**UVU report:** TPUSA requested the Fountain Courtyard in its original July 10, 2025 email. At the August 25 Major Events Assessment Committee meeting, UVU staff raised concerns about the outdoor location (crowd size, protests, access control, line-of-sight) and suggested alternatives (indoor venues or another quad). TPUSA representative Maycee Crofts insisted on the courtyard and TPUSA’s own ticketing. UVU deferred. The report calls this a key decision that created “significant protective operations considerations.”
### 2. The “I got you covered” text and rooftops
Harpole’s interviews:** He (or his team) warned UVU Police Chief Jeff Long on Monday, September 8 about student-accessible rooftops near the speaking area (he referenced the Sorensen Center and staircases to roofs). He asked for controlled access or permission to post one of his own people. Long replied “I got you covered.” Harpole said he took that as covering the relevant high ground; no one from UVU or his team was posted on the roofs, and the shot came from one of those positions.
UVU report:** The September 8 text exchange was between TPUSA security supervisor **Dan Flood** and Chief Long. It specifically concerned the Hall of Flags outdoor pedestrian walkway (the elevated walkway directly above the canopy where Kirk spoke), not the Losee Center roof from which Tyler Robinson fired (~142 yards away). Long replied “We got you covered!” referring to that walkway. UVU officers did clear the walkway, put up police tape, and posted two officers there on the morning of September 10. No face-to-face meeting between Flood/Harpole and Long occurred despite Long texting Flood to meet at 11 a.m. The report notes the actual shooting position was a different building and that Harpole’s team focused on the close-protection “bubble” around
In a later interview (Gary Melton / Paramount Tactical), Harpole clarified the texts went through Flood.
### 3. Pre-event coordination and briefings
**Harpole’s interviews:** His first meeting about the event was August 24. They flagged rooftop and overwatch issues. They were limited by jurisdiction to the immediate area around Kirk (~30 meters) and legally could not post snipers or fly drones.
**UVU report:** There was no documented joint pre-event briefing or site walk-through between Harpole’s team, Flood, and UVU police—described as a “critical missed opportunity.” The review team found it “particularly significant” that the TPUSA protection detail did not request one. Coordination was limited to a couple of short calls between Long and Flood in early September (mostly logistics) and texts. Harpole’s team arrived the morning of the event; there was no formal introduction or on-site coordination meeting.
