@daviddunn177 libertarians told you from 09-2017 that unilateral executive action was dangerous
And now you’re angry that we were right.
Imagine President Trump having a neutered police state and spying apparatus. You can’t because Democrats became Bush 2.0.
@mtracey Government has been covering up child rape for decades and no elected officials will do anything about it because their donors don’t want them to. The donors who want access to the government regularly climate. But it’s libertarians that are stupid.
Ok, bro.
RAND PAUL: If a country bombed our air defense missiles, captured & removed our president, & blockaded our country, would that be considered an act of war?
RUBIO: We just don't believe this operation comes anywhere close to the constitutional definition
PAUL: Of course it would be an act of war!
Iran is undergoing a revolution and perhaps the largest explicitly anti-Islamic regime protests in history. This is the capital Tehran.
Protesters are taking over cities across the country and the regime now faces a REAL chance of falling.
I ask again, why is the media silent?
I Ain't Reading All That
This concise @repthomasmassie clapback just made my day.
It must be a coincidence but the people I tend to disagree with the most in my own side always dislike Thomas Massie the most.
I'll see a handful of posts that are complete slop and then the obligatory "he's a gRANdStanDer" comment and I'll snap my phalanges - "oh, there it is."
I simply can not understand what swamp people think they are draining if that swamp contains this man.
If he's in the swamp then I'm a crocodile.
Remember when everyone was complaining about the lockdowns and the mysterious arm potion and the inflation spending spree of the CARES Act? No, you don't. Because one of the only guys that was, was Rep Thomas Massie.
What a swamper!
@SeanRossSapp This insinuates he agrees with the actions of past Presidents that WWE worked with.
Drone attacks on civilians aren’t a deal breaker I guess.
The United States today is not a free-market economy.
When a central bank sets interest rates,
when half the economy is taxed, spent, or regulated by the state,
when “private” firms live or die by subsidies and bailouts,
when you need a license to work and a permit to build,
private property becomes a polite fiction.
That’s not capitalism.
That’s interventionism in its late stage – the system Mises warned always ends the same way:
more control, less freedom, until the mask comes off entirely.
NATO is a Cold War relic. The United States should withdraw from NATO and use that money to defend our country, not socialist countries.
Today, I introduced HR 6508 to end our NATO membership.
Tell a young person today about @RonPaul.
Tell them how he could have been president.
Tell them the story of how their ills today were caused, in large part, by reckless spending, endless debt, an out of control welfare state, and the leviathan of a warfare state that arose mutually with it.
The future of liberty will depend on this knowledge being passed down from those of us who saw, to those who have yet to open their eyes.
@Lindaloves1776@willchamberlain It’s a holy war from the combatants prospective. We are a secular, western nation and only have blowback from being involved
