Coop funeral stated they would release funds to by 4th Feburary 5 weeks after we instructed them to. Still nothing and nobody at coop helping, their advise... go to the ombudsmen. Sort it out @skhouryhaq
@CoopFuneralcare This number has been called every day for a week and the person handling complaint is off sick and no-one can answer on their behalf. 48 days this has been going on.

@skhouryhaq the lack of care my dad has recieved in sorting my aunty's funeral is disgraceful! Basics of responding to emails, and there is no care or support during such delicate times. Not ever a sorry for your loss!

@MoneySavingExp Heating has been on over last 3 or 4 days yes. I'm on a fix until Oct 23 but still trying ro get into better habits. Have turned the boiler temp down and only use boost on hive intermittently. Reminds me I need to bleed radiators this weekend
