@VirginExp I have been trying to book a couples experience for 6 months. Loads of emails. I eventually managed to get someone to reply saying they would call me a week later NO CALL !!!!!

@DVLAgovuk By direct messaging other interested parties loose the thread. As I expected you are still not helping me with a V5C not received. I wouldn’t be wasting my time chasing this if I had received it !!!
@DVLAgovuk we have not received a V5C I have contacted you on numerous occasions. You are telling me I have to pay again!! Before you would issue the V5C you made us tax the vehicle in decalthough we cannot use it until we get it mot’d without the V5C as it is a change of class.

Terrible service
Terrible service the patrol man arrived in just over the hour and agreed that recovery was required. Every hour after this I was told it would be another hour. After 4 hours I was told they didn’t know when it would be.Had to arrange my own recovery
@boxofficeuk I have booked to see we will rock you on Wednesday 14th June at 19.30. But I had to have an operation yesterday and will not be able to go. Is it possible to reschedule please
