The Canadian dollar is near its lowest point in over 20 years.

This is what happens when the world loses confidence in the economy and your Prime Minister.

It’s the global market, giving us an objective view of our future.

Under the last Conservative government, the loonie hit historic highs.

Why?

Corporate tax cuts, trade surpluses, and record foreign investment flowing into Canada.

Today under Carney: a recession, USMCA being exited by the US, 120,000 Canadians leaving the country in a single year, and low productivity with nearly 40% of our highest income earners leaving the country.

We will now experience inflation on imports as a result.

The Bank of Canada faces a difficult choice: if they lower interest rates, the dollar will decline further.

If they raise interest rates, it will likely choke economic growth while inflation continues to increase. The word for it is stagflation.

I think this is a key & overlooked metric of the health of our economy & future.

Carney is “negotiating” to keep a trade deal… after it’s already expired.

That’s not negotiating. That’s damage control with zero leverage.

While he’s been jetting around the world collecting photo ops and meaningless MOUs (celebrated like they’re historic victories), the actual deal with our two biggest trading partners —> the US and Mexico —> sits in limbo.

He still hasn’t sat down face-to-face with Trump and Mexico’s leader to actually get it done.

The guy who lectures Canadians daily about our carbon footprint is burning through more jet fuel in a week than most families use in years… all for headlines and handshakes that may never turn into real agreements.

And when asked about actually getting a proper deal? His best line was basically “who cares.”

This is the same guy who flew halfway around the world for a photo and an MOU that might be worth absolutely nothing in the end.

Canadians are paying for the plane, the fuel, the entourage, and the spin… while the real work on the deal that actually matters keeps getting delayed.

This isn’t leadership. It’s performance art with a carbon tax attached.

Carney gets asked a simple, legitimate question:

There’s a growing list of major government decisions you’re being excluded from because of your conflicts of interest. Are you concerned you’re outsourcing key calls in your own government?

His response?

“Your logic doesn’t hold.”

The arrogance is off the charts.

A journalist points out the bleeding obvious — that his web of conflicts is forcing him to step aside from more and more files — and Carney’s instant reaction is to insult their intelligence instead of answering.

This is the same guy who hides behind “robust ethics screens” and a “blind trust” while Brookfield’s interests keep surfacing. If the screens actually worked, why is the list of things he’s banned from getting longer by the week?

Calling out conflicts of interest isn’t “illogical.” It’s basic accountability. But in Carney’s world, anyone who asks the elite to follow the same rules as everyone else is suddenly the problem.

This smug, dismissive bullshit is exactly why Canadians are fed up.

We’re not getting a serious leader. We’re getting a con man who thinks the rules don’t apply to him and gets annoyed when someone notices.

Mark Carney is trying to ram through a **$3.2 billion taxpayer-funded bailout** for empty condos in Toronto and Vancouver. Not to build new affordable homes. Not to help young families. To bail out developers, banks, and investors who are sitting on thousands of unsold units they can’t move at current prices.

He calls it “affordability.” It’s not. It’s a straight-up transfer of your money to the people who already made a fortune during the housing bubble — while the average Canadian is locked out.

And of course, companies connected to Carney’s old world (Brookfield) are circling the same space. Profits were private. Losses are now public. Classic Liberal economics.

Meanwhile, young Canadians are working two jobs, living with roommates into their 30s, and being told they’re “entitled” for wanting the same chance their parents had.

This isn’t a solution. It’s damage control for the exact people who caused the crisis — paid for by everyone else.

Scrap the bailout. Cut the red tape. Build homes. Stop robbing the middle class to protect the people who already cashed out.

Government job postings are now openly declaring “BIPOC only” and flat-out telling white Canadians they are not permitted to apply.
Every Canadian — including white taxpayers — hands over their money to fund these positions. Yet under the Liberals, that same taxpayer is deemed the wrong race to even be considered for the job.

This is not equity.
This is not some noble remedy.
This is government-approved, taxpayer-funded racism directed against white Canadians.
