@wabs2pFX Yes it is, my set signed out 2023/2024 and our exam officer Dr. Mrs Okwuonu has dragged our feet both in releasing clearance list because she failed to update our results from 200lvl into the system and has only been doing so bit by bit leading to no one in my set going for Nysc

@BenevolentCzar Yes, 2023/2024 set has not sent even one student for service, and we still have students who have no issues at all whose names were not released in the clearance list and our exam officer Mrs Okwuonu has no valid reason as to why she omitted their names
