Most EA teams are technically excellent.
But ask them to build a business case before it goes to the board?
Room gets quiet.
That's the Business Architecture #BA gap — and in an AI world, it's a critical one.
Post 2 of #EA in an #AI World is live 👇

New series alert. 🚨EA in an AI World is live on the tAi Blog — and we’re starting with the question that doesn’t get asked enough:
What does #EnterpriseArchitecture actually do in an AI transformation?
Post 1 breaks it down

The AI Implementation Series is officially wrapped. 🎯
5 dimensions. 3 phases. 1 rule:
Any dimension below 3.0 = hard blocker.
The final post ties the whole framework together — and tells you exactly what to do next.

Most organizations have never systematically measured their AI transformation readiness.
Gut feelings. Anecdotal evidence. A few isolated metrics.
Without measurement, 'readiness' is just opinion.
Here's how to actually measure it 🧵
'We're ready for AI transformation.'
The most expensive declaration in tech.
Ready based on what? Executive enthusiasm? Vendor promises?
Readiness is measurable. Here's how to actually know 🧵
Organizations waste millions confusing AI integration and AI transformation.
They're not the same path.
And you can't skip steps.
Here's the critical difference — and why getting it wrong is expensive 🧵
Agentic AI Is an Amplifier—What Are You Amplifying?
Agentic AI won't fix your broken systems.
It'll amplify them.
I've watched millions disappear on AI initiatives that made things worse — faster.
Here's what every leader needs to understand before deploying AI agents 🧵
At the start of the school year, one second grade girl carried a heavy heart. Her parents were going through a divorce, and each week she came to LifeWise with tears in her eyes. The sadness was hard to hide. One day, she quietly asked her classmates to pray for her, and they did. Together, the class brought her needs before God, trusting that He heard every word.
Over the next few weeks, something began to change. Her teacher watched as the same little girl who once cried through lessons started to smile again. The heaviness lifted, little by little, replaced by a growing peace that only God can give.
Now, when another student feels sad or worried, she’s often the first to notice. She walks over, lays a gentle hand on their shoulder, and prays for them—just as her classmates once prayed for her. She has learned, in her own small way, to comfort others with the same comfort God has given her.
She and her mom have begun attending church together, and she continues to grow in her faith with joy and boldness. What began as heartbreak has become a testimony of healing and evidence that God is at work even in young hearts.
