@HMSHomeWarranty it’s been a month and a half and my covered a/c has still not been fixed. I’ve sent multiple emails and not received any ACTUAL information about when it will be fixed. You were warned. I have now contacted news affiliates, BBB, and the Attorney General.

HMS Home Warranty company have not fixed my a/c that is covered under the warranty, it has been a month and a half, I strongly advise AGAINST using this company.
