Death by @AmericanAir. Representative was going off shift, told me to come back to airport w/ suitcase when I got a chance to make claim. Returned a few days later, told claim must be made within 24 hours. I’m still grieving! What could have caused this damage? Thoughts?
@FedEx@FedExHelp#fedex apparently they don’t care that their drivers are liars or hallucinating and there’s no place to report that. Customer Service is no help and can only tell you what their screen is telling them whether it’s true or not.

The saga continues. Conversation was picked up at 7:59 today. It is now 9:37. Told to call another department! First out of 7 people to tell me that! Then a response from a 3rd rep today mid-conversation. No consistency, continuity or customer care. #verizonwireless
