@JohnNailsPearce @MayorofLondon @TfL I spoke to the guy on the cargo bike. He was delivering stuff for a small chain of coffee shops. Previously it was done by van which was more expensive, so they chose a more efficient and easier way of delivering their supplies rather than your recommended ideologist's approach.
