🚨Project Update

Consistency is key to longevity.

After taking a step back and looking at the project as a whole, it became clear that the way we were operating wasn’t sustainable. We were relying on too many moving parts, trying to satisfy every expectation, and in the process, losing sight of what we actually wanted to build.

So we’re simplifying.

Moving forward, this becomes a more focused, singular vision. One centered on what matters most:

Art.

Why the shift? The project ultimately rests on the core art team. If we want Mr. Sheeb to last for the long haul, we need to build in a way that’s sustainable, intentional, and creatively fulfilling.

We’re going back to the foundation:
creating, experimenting, and having fun doing it.

1. Focus: 1/1 Collection

The 1/1 collection becomes the primary driver of the project.

• Competitions → open to all holders
• Raffles → for specified holders
• 24hr highest offer buy opportunities → open to all

All proceeds from the 1/1 collection will be used to buy back from the main collection, reinforcing value back into the ecosystem.

2. Streamlining the Scope

All current Web3 initiatives are being halted.

• Otherside development → stopped
• Holders page → stopped
• Investor letter → removed

The only focus going forward: creating 1/1 artwork

3. Communication & Pace

We’re intentionally reducing noise to protect the team’s mental health and creative energy.

• Engagement will be limited to the main Supawcool account
• No more weekly updates or AMAs
• Updates will come through art drops and releases

Everything will move on our terms allowing us to manage time, energy, and real-life commitments properly.

What this really means

We’re getting back to what Mr. Sheeb was always meant to be:

A creative-first project.
