@LaserShip I have never had such poor customer service. Used online form, online chat, and called representatives 2x... I need a phone call upon arrival because my building is locked and I will go down and get the packages. 3 times attempted delivery and NO PHONE CALL.

@LaserShipAssist Well someone called today to tell me they wrote the phone number on the box and they will deliver tomorrow. We will see. A customer should not have to go through this to get a package!
