And with a 14month old with us just off a 9hr flight - @AerLingus this experience is not only upsetting it’s embarrassing - I’d get better customer care at a car boot sale

@AerLingus by far the worst Airline to give the time of day to a mother and her baby. Our stroller never made it to Orlando from Shannon - it is stuck in Heathrow and despite having filled in the correct forms it never made it to Orlando and for two weeks we were without it

However @AerLingus cannot transport it to the terminal we are in ??? I’ve spoken to two @AerLingus representatives who keep repeating to me I need to leave Departures and go to arrivals to baggage claim - all this for something that wasn’t our fault in the first place

@AerLingus now we are back in Heathrow waiting on our connecting flight and we’ve been told we have to leave our terminal to collect the stroller and then go through security all over again - so @AerLingus can send it in a taxi to our home address if we don’t collect it here
