@edinburghpaper Three modal filters in the Braid Estate in South Edinburgh have reduced rat-running traffic by 40% at very little cost and with only 2% increase in traffic on main alternative route. Council wants to remove filters and spend £200-400k building cycle lanes so drivers can return.

They were very helpful, but at that point weren’t sure when they would be able to remove the remains. Has the last cygnet definitely gone? It was still there with the remaining swan on Monday morning.
