@DHSCgovuk What about social workers, who are significant aspect of the multi-disciplinary team - who has always had this and receive much less support to find roles. Many qualified social workers who struggle to find jobs. You can have as many nurses as you want, no one will go anywhere

@FamEdTrust @21stCTeaching @educationgovuk It’s not the teachers who teach during the day who give out this lunch, it’s the assistants and breakfast club staff. Children spend longer at school these days. Both parents need to work full time to stay afloat, so by default children are at school longer than the teachers.

@OllyMetcalfe @educationgovuk Children are spending longer hours at school than ever because of the parents work responsibilities. If you have a child who goes to both breakfast club (7:30am), a typical full time school day and then straight on to afterschool club until 6pm, why not?
