@UPS@DTDCIndia Have called @DTDCIndia customer service countless times, but they are not helping. @UPS does not connect to customer care and make me wait for a representative.
My parcel has been stuck in US customs for over 10 days now. My parents sent things for Diwali. But DTDC and UPS are not helping me in any regard. They are not answering any of my queries. @DTDCIndia@UPS
Imagine being an international student waiting on your parcel. Horrible.

I am her roommate, and I got rashes from sleeping on the same bed as well. Had to visit a dermatologist to understand that it was bedbug bites and found 10-15 alive bed bugs on the mattress. PATHETIC. Never relying on @PepperfryC@Pepperfry
@IndiGo6E IT IS A BASIC DECENCY TO GIVE SEATS TOGETHER ON THE SAME PNR. You gave two different middle seats. Flying Indigo is a horrible experience as it is and this just closed the coffin on my journey with Indigo. HORRIBLE AVIATION COMPANY.

You charge extra for 2-3 days delivery and then after picking up the order you change the delivery date. There is no way to speak to a customer service professional too. Pathetic.
