@UberINSupport I booked an Uber yesterday. He started the trip without picking me up and didn’t show up for a long time. After which I left in another cab. And didn’t take the trip. He ended the trip much later. But I was still charged for this , in cash by the next driver. Please help.

The most pathetic service and even worse customer service and complaint management. Manager Vanita was very apathetic towards the complaint. And owner was clueless. @basilnbaysalon #buyerbeware @consaff please help me recover the value for which I was cheated!
