People are abusing me for mentioning 3 Crore Alimony demand by Sambhav Jain's ex-wife even though it was in all news reports and media

Even though I have shared another media report which mentions that the demand was of 1 Crore

These are the same people who haven't mentioned a word about CBI dropping dowry death charge in Twisha Sharma suicide case.

These are the same people who convict a man as soon as allegations emerge by a woman

- Meet Sambhav Jain, a software engineer from Noida.
- He married in 2023 and said he would not take dowry
- After two years, his wife divorced him.
She demanded ₹3 crore in alimony.
- They had a son who frequently fell ill, and he spent all his money on his treatment.
- After taking ₹1 crore from his father, he gave the money to wife
- He pleaded with her, saying he had no money left.
- His wife threatened him if he didn't pay.
- He was facing an alimony demand of ₹2 crore.
- He later d!ed by suicide after jumping from the 42th floor
- His last message to his father was: “Papa, now you don’t have to give money to me.”
- That’s why I always say: never marry a feminist girl. They only care about money.

We all know how much our Indian Constitution is in favour of women, so his wife is not going to face any case.💔

That’s why I request the government to ban alimony in India, so cases like this won’t happen in India.✍️

Software engineer Sambhav Jain married in 2023. His premature child’s repeated illnesses brought huge medical expenses and deep debt.

After marital discord, his 2025 divorce involved a ₹3 crore settlement. He had already paid ₹1 crore and was facing another ₹1 crore payment amid mounting debts.
Overwhelmed, he messaged his father that he could no longer manage the liabilities before jumping from the 42nd floor in Noida.
I have spoken to his family.
How many more men must lose their lives before we take men’s mental health and financial distress seriously?

Sambhav Jain is not the only one !!!

Countless men are suffering in India today because of extreme demands by wife and her family when a marriage breaks down

There is literally ZERO RECOURSE for a man and his family if his marriage breaks down and his wife is hell bent on ruining his life

Entire family is implicated in dowry, DV, maintenance cases and they have to do rounds of courts every month, many times in far off cities as wife files cases from her home town. Elderly parents are also dragged along no matter if they never even stayed with the couple

Men in their 30's, 40's are being forced to shell out 50 Lacs, 1 Crore, 2 crore in Alimony settlements - as if money grows on trees for men and their families

Courts are happily encouraging such settlements. Infact courts are siding with women for such settlements. Open bargaining is happening in our courts and every mediation centre has talks of money in 95% cases.

On top of all this, just so many men are like walking deads because they don't get to even see their child in divorce disputes and our courts don't really care. It takes minimum six months for a father to even get a glimpse of his child if wife leaves and doesn't want to come back.

I sometimes am in awe seeing the patience and resilience these men have. I cannot even fathom the pain they carry in their heart 💔

When this attack happened, I personally went to the DCP and asked him to arrest these goons. The DCP replied, “We can’t arrest people randomly.”

I told him, “The attack happened right in front of the police. How can you say you can’t arrest them?”

To which the DCP replied, “You are free to go to the courts”

Such is the attitude of Delhi Police.

Most divorces are happening, because the wives expected the husband to treat her like how her parents did.

But, he treated her like an adult, and expected her to be a responsible adult, and then she realized she wasn't ready for it.

No. 1 reason for marital fights - the husband couldn't turn a blind eye to the impulsive, irresponsible decisions his wife consistently took, which was let go of by her parents.

Root cause = Weak/Poor Parenting.
