@melcab78@airfrance Both my suitcases were delivered to my front door. Three days apart. When I kept checking the online tracking form, one told me that it was a Logan. The other one didn’t tell me anything at all. And the guy just showed up at my house at 5:30 in the morning
I do not know how to go about this, but there needs to be a class action law suit against this company.

I have two bags still missing from last Saturday. There were at least THIRTY passengers that also did not get their bags. All from the same flight. That is not a mistake. That is incompetence.
