@Grant_Bradley @dwell We have had the same issue and appallingly bad customer aftercare. I am afraid I can not recommend this company for sofas to anyone. Very very disappointed. The wood veneer on the sofa edge was already chipped when we got it and none of the legs lined up properly. Waste of money.
