Whenever i ask them how did this happen they just answer me in unrealistic way like "i have used it in rain" seriously i mean how can someone use lapy in heavy rain. Specially @ASUSIndia?

You have to search it now only if you're aware that such a plan exists.
Then while recharging they'll trick you into paying 899.
