It’s been 2 months and I have upgraded to @airtelindia. @JioCare I requested for taking away your devices but in return only getting harassment calls. Is this how you grow economy? If you couldn’t fix the problem at least have basic courtesy to close it.

@JioCare Today is 9th and it’s still showing problem to be solved by 8th August. It’s been 3 days facing the issue of no Internet. If u call customer care it automatically ends without giving options stating it’s in progress. If u chat, this bot doesn’t understand the problem.

Urgently need to renew my passport under the Tatkal scheme to attend an int. conf. nxtmnth.
But being brn in Nagaland (only because my father served in Assam Rifles,) makes me ineligible for Tatkal.

@JioCare Today is 10th and your Jio app shows the same thing. There is Jo option to reschedule. If u call customer care it says the visit is on hold. I am sure to exit Jio. @airtelindia please help. There is long standing trust with Airtel.

@JioCare How do you really operate? Multiple calls and follow ups. Nothing is happening. Your IVR gets auto disconnected by stating it’s on hold. Your chat bot doesn’t function. @airtelindia can someone please contact me to get your connection. I regret my decision for Jio.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it’s been 1 month my number is switched off. (Business) there is no one coming forward to fix it. Was asked to change sim ,which was done but post that no action. If it doesn’t get solved today better I port. Don’t try someone’s loyalty to this ext.
