I had the same naive hope. I will never understand how so many elected officials voted against the wishes of their electorate, let alone why they voted for such a flawed bill. And this on a day when gun violence took two young lives. So much sadness for Iowa and Iowa’s kids.

Another ≠. Red wave ≠ support for ESAs. If so, why the need for the rate of movement of the Legislation, changes in law to bypass processes, creation of Ed Reform Comm, lobbyists hanging in DSM, ads running, comms blitz, etc.? When the process was followed, they didn’t pass.
