@HowBoutNoBitch @ErinWhitehurst YES! Also, drink a ton of water. It will help increase your milk supply and get the water weight off. I gained 35 during my pregnancy and lost 15 as soon as I gave birth and then another 10 within a week from breastfeeding and drinking a shit ton of water.
