@Aeroplan@SalehiVenous This is the most ridiculous customer service response. I am having the same issue. I need to cancel and rebook a flight...not to mention, I have to get my infant on the flight. Who has that kind of time in their day to wait on hold for no one to ever answer????
@Aeroplan how is it possible that you take my money so quick to book a ticket and then I have to wait on hold for over 1.5 (without ever getting through - I gave up) to add my infant? Please HELP!!
