UV-C light will hurt your eyes and skin if in direct contact, but standing behind a glass door as I did to take this photo is completely safe as UV-C light can’t penetrate through glass. This is one of the many changes you may notice at your next dental visit with us.
Here’s our new UV-C lamps in action! These lamps sterilise the air and surfaces using UV-C light, which kills bacteria and viruses by disrupting their protein structures. They’re lightweight, and can be moved easily between rooms that require decontamination.

Good news for all our patients! New HSPC guidelines regarding routine dental treatment have become available since Friday evening and with them, we are delighted to announce that we will begin a phased re-opening of our practice next week. We are awaiting the official ‘go ahead’
