1/ Last year I ran an experiment on myself.

I've led product teams and managed app builds. But I'm not a coder.

I wanted to know one thing: could a non-technical product leader use AI to build a real, sellable app solo?

Here's what happened.

6/ There's a myth that technology is boring.

Games, VR, the apps people love, it's all tech. Story is what makes it come alive.

That's been my method my whole career. This just reminded me how important it is, and how much fun.

5/ But the part that made it work wasn't the tech.

I built a whole story world first. Characters, lore, how the AI behaves.
Then let the story drive every product decision.

Now it's how I market it too.

4/ Where it is now:

- A sound intelligence system (CSI), now licensable as an API
- A mobile app with an AI agent named Brain
- A web app with subscriptions

A non-coder shipped all of that solo, with AI, in about a year.

Finally. Storytelling without gatekeepers. Distribution walls are coming down, but budget constraints were real. Now we can make 90 minute films for $2500 in credits and a bit of time. $100M? I'll make a whole catalog.

@ovh_support_us we need help upgrading to 16GB VPS monthly plan so we can launch a MVP but we are locked into VLE2 and support/billing are not responding. We are blocked until we get this sorted out. PLEASE HELP.
