It's good not to see everything that needs doing! Move stuff up when you've got space. Review weekly.

@FHChat @hflf A2. Recently I've been asked to give structure to workflow. Better time allocation for tasks, building in those that aren't so liked (with training sometimes to make the job easier) and admin (finance, updating social profiles etc.)
