1st day of Chi marathon training was a easy 5 miler following yesterdays 8 mile "long run" and I kept my HR nice and low (145 avg)

First spinning/cycle sprint class in almost 2 years earlier today was a success! #crosstraining #newchallenges

The lack of miles really has my body feeling strong!! Can't wait to not run tomorrow 🤗
