Day 71 of 100 days - shadowed all day by a young lady on her 70 day placement. Nerves that she was the same age as my daughter, wow what an honour to inspire and pass on my knowledge and skills to the next generation of social workers ☺️ hope I didn’t scare her off #staffsuni

Roller coaster of a week !! Values tested, massive ethical dilemmas…but I did the right thing 🙂 and the number of times I’ve told myself to stop, have a break, don’t carry on is too many 🙈
