@British_Airways just landed at Heathrow from Tokyo Haneda BA006 at 8pm. We’re still waiting for our bags and have been told it could be a three hour wait. My luggage is sat on the tarmac. Care to give us all some insight what’s going on please? No staff to help.
@BhamCityCouncil@kiergroup I hit a pothole on Henrietta Street, Birmingham City Centre on 16/11/2025 which caused £2k worth of damage to my car. I sent off a claim on the 24/11/25. I’ve had one response since and haven’t heard anything for almost a month. I have no car! Help.
@BhamCityCouncil@kiergroup I’ve been emailing someone called June Baker. The communication has been absolutely horrendous! Considering you can only contact by email, which I’ve done and have been ignored!
@ODEONCinemas are you doing a double feature of wicked & wicked: for good?! You’re the only cinema not to announce it. I’ve got a limitless card that I’ve had for 12 years and don’t want to go anywhere else 😂😂
@Begentle50 Yes, I have! Literally on a live stream on tiktok. There were riot officers in attendance. I live in Birmingham, other side of the city to where the unrest is mind, but I know the area where they are and there’s a police station on the same road. Let’s just see what comes of it.
@Begentle50 We don’t know what the police presence is like there currently. The videos of the island by heartlands hospital and the one of the single man being attacked are the only videos visible on socials. Are you in yardley at this moment to be able to make these judgments?
@Begentle50 Still fail to see why Keir Starmer should resign for this though? Bit much.
I hope the person in this video is ok and getting help. Violence is not the answer. I don’t care what “side” it’s coming from, it needs to stop.
@Begentle50 I was watching a live stream earlier of what’s happening in yardley tonight and there were police riot vans/officers in attendance. The police are there. It’s actively happening rn and a lot of the live streams have now been taken down so we’re not getting the full picture.
@Begentle50 Two-tier policing exists in both ways. The thugs in Tamworth that set fire to the holiday inn were watched by police officers, who did nothing to try and stop them. Yet pro-Palestine protestors have been met with violence and arrest for peacefully protesting? Makes no sense
Seeing from several Brummie accounts that the Racist's Tantrum is likely to start in my city.
I am fecking proud of being a Brummie. Birmingham is beautiful because of it's diversity.
Racists, Nazis, and phobes will never, ever be welcome.
Stay the fuck out of my city.
